We agree that this application, when approved by the Organizer, shall constitute, together with the Terms & Conditions, any documents referred to in the said Terms & Conditions, and any additions which may be made pursuant to the said Terms & Conditions, a valid and legally binding contract. We have read and hereby agree fully to the ‘Terms & Conditions for Participation’.

1. All confirmation for participation in the summit must be made by filling and signing the Acceptance Form and submitting to the Organizer.
2. Clients may be offered a complimentary delegate ticket to the summit by the organizer (by invitation only). The complimentary ticket includes full access to the summit and networking functionsat no cost to the delegate. Complimentary tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for payment.
3. The Organizer has the right to modify the duration, speakers,venue, titles, dates, opening hours or cancel the summit completely without any compensation to the client.
4. The Organizer does not warrant the success of the summit nor whether the client will benefit from participating in the summit and the client agrees to hold the organizer harmless in the event the summit does not meet their expectations.
5. The client will indemnify and hold the organizer and its representatives harmless in respect of all costs, claims, liabilities, losses, demands, proceedings and expenses to which the organizer and its representatives may in any way be subject as a result of change or cancellation of the summit, speakers or topics.
6. Client must comply with all the rules, regulations and laws currently imposed or laid down or prescribed in the future by the government, public authorities and owners or managers of the venue for all purposes concerned with the implementation of these Terms & Conditions, of the regulations and stipulations laid down or prescribed in the future by the Organizer under these Terms & Conditions, and of all other contracts relating to the summit, the client must be deemed to be domiciled at the office of the Organizer in Lagos, Nigeria.
7. As a participant to the event, you hereby give your explicit consent to share your information with event partners & other stakeholders deem fit who will use your personal information to contact you at the event and thereafter for updating you with latest news, promotional offers and future events.
8. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions and any other further rules and regulations determined by the Organizer may, at the Organizer’s absolute discretion, result in the exclusion of the client from the summit, and the client has no right to claim compensation or demand refund of any payments whatsoever, or any loss or expenses.
